Dallas Builders Association's Parade of Homes

Where: Bluffview and Lakewood Neighborhoods in Dallas
Cost: $25
Five stunning luxury Dallas homes are showcased in the 2018 Parade of HomesTM presented by the Dallas Builders Association. This scattered site, self-guided tour benefits Operation FINALLY HOME, an organization that provides custom mortgage-free homes to combat-wounded U.S. military veterans and their families.

AIA Fort Worth Homes Tour
When: Saturday, April 7-Sunday, April 8; 12:00-6:00pm
Where: Will Call House, 3107 W 5th St Fort Worth, TX 76107
Cost: $20 in advance; $25 tour weekend
The Fort Worth American Institute of Architects Homes Tour is Fort Worth’s only citywide homes tour curated by architects. This tour showcases homes in the Fort Worth area designed by local architects. You'll find everything from a three-story shipping container building to a couple of remodeled 1950's homes.

Turtle Creek Association Tour of Homes

The 17th annual Turtle Creek Home Tour features luxury living in some of the most distinguished homes in Dallas. This highly anticipated annual tour showcases Turtle Creek lifestyles and the enhancements that the Turtle Creek Association provides. Each of the five amazing homes included on this year's tour feature an exquisite art collection that is not to be missed!

Northaven Home Tour

The Northaven Home Tour is presented by the Kramer Elementary PTA to showcase the surrounding neighborhoods that make up their feeder pattern. As an added bonus to enjoying some of North Dallas' most beautiful home designs, tour-goers have the satisfaction of knowing that every dollar spent on the tour goes to the Kramer Elementary PTA.

Park Cities Historic Home Tour

Where: Park Cities Neighborhoods, Dallas

This year's tour features five architecturally and historically significant homes of the Park Cities. The purpose of the annual Historic Home Tour is to show case architecturally and historically significant homes of the Park Cities and illustrate how these homes have been restored or remodeled and updated to serve the lifestyle needs of families today.

Hollywood Home Tour Weekend
When: Friday, April 20-Sunday, April 22 2018; Friday: 6:00-7:00pm & Sat-Sun: 12:00-5:00pm
Where: Hollywood Heights and Santa Monica Neighborhoods

Dallas' Hollywood Santa Monica Neighborhood Association has selected five historic and unique homes to be showcased during the 27th annual Home Tour. The weekend also includes an auction party and art fair. The five homes on this year’s tour are among only 750 homes that make up the Hollywood Heights and Santa Monica neighborhoods, believed to be one of the largest collections of stone-embellished Tudor revival cottages in the country. These homes are made more special by the fact that their historic details are protected by one of the few Conservation Districts in the city of Dallas.

White Rock Home Tour

For the first time since 2006, the White Rock Home Tour will feature 7 homes - 4 mid-century modern gems and 3 contemporary modern homes. And all proceeds from the White Rock Home Tour benefit DISD's Hexter Elementary.

Swiss Avenue Mother's Day Home Tour

Where: Savage Park at the midpoint on Swiss Avenue at the intersections of Swiss, Parkmount and Bryan

This weekend-long tribute to Dallas' historic past will feature eight of the city's most fabulous Early 20th Century homes, an open-air art fair, a vintage auto display, a children’s play area and kids' size railroad, live entertainment on the Avenue, free horse-drawn carriage rides, and much more. The homes on tour this year represent diverse variety of the Early 20th Century's most popular architectural styles. Featured will be a romantic Spanish Revival, a massive Progressive Style Prairie Foursquare, a French Normandy manor house, a stately Colonial Georgian, an elegant Italianate Revival, a classic American Craftsman, and a charming pair of side-by-side Arts & Crafts Bungalows.

Fairmount Neighborhood Tour of Historic Homes

Where: Ticket pickup will be at Sinaca at 1013 W Magnolia, Fort Worth

The Fairmount Historic District in Fort Worth, Texas will host the 36th annual Fairmount Tour of Historic Homes this year. There will be 5 beautiful homes on this year's tour as well as a special bonus property. Fairmount is located on Fort Worth's popular Southside and is noted as the largest historic district in the southwest filled with beautiful Craftsman bungalows, Prairie-style four squares and Victorian houses.
Spring Modern Home Tour

Where: Downtown & North Dallas Neighborhoods

This self-guided tour showcases the finest residential architecture in the Dallas area, as designed by licensed architects. Houses are chosen to showcase a variety of design styles demonstrating that excellence in design is not limited by size or dollars.
