Stacy Marks
Operations Director
Jay is thrilled to have his wife as a member of the team. She joined Jay Marks Real Estate in June 2016 after retiring from 35 years of teaching elementary school. Which is great for our team because that means she has a lot of patience!
Stacy became a licensed Realtor in 2019 and handles all of the office administration, including the accounting, licensing procedures, etc.
Stacy loves her new career in real estate and also loves having time to be a fantastic Grandma to her grandchildren who live in the DFW area and in Idaho.
Crystal Johnson

Crystal Johnson is a dedicated agent on the Jay Marks Real Estate Team, joining in May 2024. With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Crystal has been helping clients find their dream homes since 2015.
Originally from California, Crystal made the move to Texas in 2021. She is married to Dave, a fireman who is still based out of California. Together, they have three children: two boys currently attending schools in Prosper, and their eldest who lives in Colorado while attending college.
When she’s not busy showing homes or meeting with clients, Crystal can be found cheering for her boys on the sidelines of Prosper’s sporting events. She is also a proud owner of two Australian Shepherds, who enjoy walks and playing in the pond in their backyard.

Lani Faughn, a passionate real estate professional, has forged a unique path by combining a decade of experience with expertise in digital marketing. Starting her journey in 2013, she joined a team as an Executive Assistant before making an exciting shift to Curaytor in 2015. Specializing in real estate digital marketing, Lani excelled in coaching clients on strategic initiatives, website development, and advertisement campaigns. In 2020, she founded her own company to explore new horizons in real estate operations and transaction coordination. Known for her collaborative spirit, problem-solving approach, and dedication to client value, Lani is an inspiring figure in the industry, blending technology and real estate acumen for dynamic results.
