Emporium Pies

314 N Bishop Ave, Dallas TX 75208

You can visit any of Emporium Pies' three Dallas locations, but our personal favorite is the original location in the Bishop Arts district. There's just something so charming about that little house! Their pie flavors change depending on the season, but right now you can find their Bourbon Pecan pie, a French Silk Chocolate pie, a Deep Dish Apple Pie, their Salted Caramel Cloud Nine pie, and their crowd favorite Chickin Lickin Pot Pie! And on Pi Day, if you can recite pi to the 20th digit, you get a FREE slice!

Oak St. Pie Co.

110 N Oak St, Roanoke TX 76262

Located in the heart of Downtown Roanoke is Oak St. Pie Co., a charming family-owned pie shop that's been serving up classic made-from-scratch treats since 2006. They have all kinds of pie flavors offered year-round including: Buttermilk, German Chocolate, Key Lime, Raspberry Lemon, Strawberry Rhubarb, and Peanut Butter.

Mama's Daughters' Diner

1288 W. Main Street #160, Lewisville TX 75067

If a recipe is handed down through several generations, there's a reason for that. It usually means it's pretty dang delicious! All of the pies and cobblers at Mama's Daughters' Diner are made from-scratch from family recipes. Their famous pies come in: Coconut Cream, Chocolate Cream, Strawberry-Banana Cream, Banana Cream, Apple Crumb, Cherry Crumb, Pecan, and Buttermilk. You can buy pie by the slice or a whole pie (no judgment if you choose not to share).

Norma's Cafe

1123 W. Davis St, Dallas TX 75208

Norma's Cafe has been a Dallas institution in the Oak Cliff neighborhood since 1956. They're serving up Texas comfort food to include some amazing homemade pies. Their Mile-High Pie flavors include: Lemon, Coconut, Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Oreo. Or you can choose from one of their traditional Apple, Cherry or Strawberry Fruit Pies. Order by the slice or take a whole pie to-go! Either way, embrace Norma's life motto, "Life is short. Eat dessert first!"™

JudyPie

520 S Main St #200, Grapevine TX 76051

Judy's dream in starting this charming, vintage-inspired pie shop off Main Street in Grapevine is simple - she wants to share the same pies her mother, Rhoda, made for her family every Sunday growing up in Waco. Those family pies include: Adohree-A-Doole, Maple Bourbon Peach, Rhoda's Pecan Pie, Millionaire Pie, Salted Caramel Pecan French Silk, and even some Gluten Free options. We also love their "Pie it Forward," which allows you to gift a slice of pie or a 6" or 9" pie to anyone who could use some pie in their life.

Unrefined Bakery

If you have any dietary restrictions, Unrefined Bakery is a great option for you to still be able to enjoy a pie from. Mother-Daughter duo, Anne and Taylor, have their own food allergies and decided to re-create old family recipes in a healthier way. They have Keto-friendly pies, Paleo pies, and Vegan pies - all of which are Gluten-Free! Visit any of their six DFW locations for your unrefined pie this Pi Day!

Humble: Simply Good Pies

9014 Garland Rd, Dallas TX 75218

Located off Garland Road in Dallas, this local-owned pie shop aims to serve up the good ol' pie classics with a bit of a twist. You can order their pie by the slice or as a whole. For Pi Day this year they'll have a fun giveaway (while supplies last) as well as some new menu offerings! We can't wait to get our hands on their 2 A.M. Road Trip Pie (or French Blackbottom).

Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop

4712 Colleyville Blvd #160, Colleyville TX 76034

The Colleyville location of Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop was the first here in Texas and quickly gained a loyal following, which is why there are now nine locations (currently open and coming soon) here in DFW. You can purchase their made-from-scratch pies as a 9", 4", or a box of a dozen 2" pies. Or our favorite way to eat their pie? Their signature take on pie a la mode called the Cloud 9.
