The Town of Flower Mound recently celebrated being ranked the No. 7 Safest City on the top 100 list published by the National Council for Home Safety and Security.
Analysts took into account FBI crime data for cities with a population greater than 50,000, noting reports of violent crimes, property crimes and officer count in one year. They then measured those stats against the population of the city.
