Jay Around Town: The Grand Re-Opening of Twin Coves Park

July may not be the most ideal time for traditional camping here in Texas, but Twin Coves Park located near Lake Grapevine now has options that allow us Texans to camp year-round with their cabin and RV slip rentals. 

Twin Coves Park celebrated their Grand Re-Opening last Friday, July 7th where they unveiled their 19 furnished cabins and 18 new RV slips. They also added a few other amenities including a fishing pier, kayak launch, boat ramp, fire pit, disc golf course, playground and more. 

The new cabins offer sleeping accommodations for up to six people and have all the comforts of home including appliances, ceilings fans,  linens, and dinnerware. Oh, and most importantly - AIR CONDITIONING. That's my kind of camping right there. Rates vary depending on the time of year and you must be 21 to make a reservation.

Or if you really want to be brave and bring your own tent to sleep in, Twin Coves still offers traditional campsite rentals.

There's still plenty of summer left to take the family camping, and with all these fantastic new amenities, Twin Coves Park has made it easier than ever!
