I was talking to a buyer this weekend at one of the Open Houses we hosted and I asked them, "Why Flower Mound?" 

Their answer?

The schools. The reputation. The community.

2018 looks to be another banner year for real estate here in Flower Mound, TX! Year-to-Date there have been 123 closings and there are currently 167 homes actively for sale.

Flower Mound currently has a 1.5 month's supply of inventory. So while it may seem like there are a lot of houses on the market, there are a lot more buyers. Which means we are still very much in a "seller's market."

The average list price of homes currently under contract here in Flower Mound is $485,000. But home prices range anywhere from $220,000 to over $3 million!

The spring market looks to be another really busy one. Builders are still selling homes at record pace. In Highland Court alone there are over twenty homes under construction. And it has only been open for a few months.
