I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Jay and his team. I had recently lost both of my parents and needed to sell their house with minimal fuss.  Jay was highly responsive to my every request, provided sound advice, and was kind and sensitive in our difficult situation.  Most  importantly, once I handed him the keys, he completely managed the process including repairs, negotiations, and communications.  I definitely plan to use Jay in the future.

Jay and team are so passionate about their work.  When we were looking to buy our home in the Salt Lake City Utah area he put me in contact with an excellent realtor who found us a perfect home 5 years ago.  We are moving to the Price, UT area and had a referral from our agent in SLC but were not  thrilled initially with her efforts.  One call to Jay and 15 minutes later he had interviewed another local real estate agent there to ensure she would take care of us.
