We had so much fun having Santa visit Jay Marks Real Estate last year that he's coming back again this year!
Join us on Saturday, December 10 between 1:30-4:30pm for your own private visit with Santa!
You'll find the reservation link below so you can schedule your slot. We are offering 15-minute time slots with 3 groups per time slot. We ask that you arrive a few minutes before your reserved time so we can stay on schedule as much as possible!
When you arrive at our office, come in and check in with Santa's helpers! While you're waiting, we'll have some treats and activities to keep the kids entertained. When it's your group's turn, we'll take you to visit with Santa!
Santa will be waiting for your group in a festive and cozy Christmas setting. Your kiddos will have time to chat with Santa and tell him what they'd like for Christmas. We'll take photos on our camera, but will also be able to take photos on your phone.

DETAILS:
1. Arrive at our office a few minutes before your reserved time slot to check in with our Santa's helpers.
2. While you wait, feel free to enjoy treats, hot chocolate and activities for the kids.
3. When it's your group's turn, we'll take you in to Santa's festive setup where you'll have a couple of minutes to visit with Santa and snap a few photos of just the kids or the whole family. We'll be taking photos with our camera to email you after the event, but will also have one of our Santa's helpers available to take photos with your phone.
4. Santa will have a treat for each of the kiddos to get them in the Christmas spirit.

With only 36 spots available, we recommend you book as soon as possible!
If you know in advance that you can't make the event, we ask that you cancel your reservation by December 2 so we can allow anyone who didn't get a spot the opportunity to make a reservation.
If you have an emergency and can't make it the day of the event, please just contact us to let us know you won't be coming. The best way to get ahold of us that day is to text either Jay at 817-477-9050 or Kari at 214-213-1106.
